There have been countless reports of Bail Recovery Agents improper conduct. After reviewing these cases the common factor is the misinformation given to recovery agents and their specific authority to arrest.

There have been numerous injuries to Bail Recovery agents, persons avoiding arrest and innocent persons. The common problem is lack of training.

The trainers at NAPS are law enforcement trainers, bail recovery specialists and licensed investigators. They have all been extensively trained in tactical considerations of arrests and deployment of weapons through the continuum of force. They have made numerous fugitive recoveries both in their private sector and public sector employment without incident.

Unlike many training programs NAPS courses have been approved by many state educational regulatory boards and our trainers are credentialed and insured.

We have researched many programs only to discover they are filled with war stories and out of date liability and training information.

NAPS trainers have been certified to train by National Rifle Association Law Enforcement Division, Clock Industries, Gunsite, Monadnock, Department of Justice, Peace Officers Standards and Training, Simunitions and other credible training schools.

Seminar Program Covers: Powers To Arrest and legal authority to arrest, agency safety and entry tactics, arrest techniques and defensive tactics, investigations and interviewing, transporting, client relations, firearms manipulation and interfacing with governmental agencies.
